This service was created to focus on the needs of potential Buyers and Renters who can confidentially broadcast their Want to Buy (WTB) or Want to Rent (WTR) needs to a wide audience. Unlike traditional real estate platforms that focus on the same properties that are already Listed For Sale or Rent, we wanted to approach the search process from the potential Buyer or Renter point of view. Do I have to Register or Set up an Account?keyboard_arrow_down
Yes. But registration is ONLY needed if you wish to create a Want to Buy (WTB) or Want to Rent (WTR) post, or if you wish to Reply to a WTB or WTR post, and unlike other real estate services, there is NO requirement for personal contact information to create a profile in your Dashboard. This service is not an effort to build a database, or to sell, share, or collect contact information. The only time we’ll need any contact information would be only an e-mail address if you decide to OPT-IN to receive e-mail Notifications about potential replies to your posts, or to be notified if another User created a post in an area(s) that you follow.
Will there ever be a Potential Buyer/Tenant or a Potential Seller/ Landlord preferred e-mail address that appears immediately?keyboard_arrow_down
NO. The Potential Seller/Landlord and Potential Buyers/Tenants will communicate directly through their dedicated
InBox created in their
Dashboard. Their responses will remain
Confidential until both the Potential Buyer/Tenant AND the Potential Seller/Landlord determine their response and property submission to be appropriate. Your privacy is very important to us.
*Once a Potential Buyer/Tenant and a Potential Seller/Landlord have established the possibility for a transaction becomes more realistic, they can determine if appropriate to share and exchange contact information to communicate directly, or they are free continue within the system offered here*
How will I know if my Want to Buy (WTB) or Want to Rent (WTR) post is effective?keyboard_arrow_down
Like sites that focus on Sellers/Landlords who have properties available and/or Listed for Sale or Rent, the information you provide will be “self-policing”. In short, if your
Want to Buy (WTB) or Want to Rent (WTR) post is unrealistic or so far out of line that it can’t or won’t be taken seriously, there’s a good chance you’d get very little, if any, response.
*Just like traditional Sites that have properties available for Sale or Rent, if a Seller/Landlord has an asking price that’s unrealistic or very much out of line with comparable properties, the post may not be taken seriously which could limit responses and inquiries about the property. As a Potential Buyer/Tenant, the same thing can happen! If your Want to Buy (WTB) or Want to Rent (WTR) posts are too unrealistic, responses could be minimal.

YES. We absolutely encourage your response, even if it’s introductory or to inform a potential Buyer or Tenant of any upcoming opportunities you may be working with. Remember, because it’s a direct reply to an inquiry, you’re free to share this information unlike posting it on your social media or e-mail blasts in the form of a “Coming Soon”. In addition, you can even post Want to Buy (WTB) or Want to Rent (WTR) notices for yourself or for potential clients. You will first be directed to the Subscription page before being able to proceed because we don’t want encourage Realtors® who may want to use our site for “fishing expeditions” or database building, data mining, etc.

But it will only be a nominal subscription fee of $19.95 per month, which is LESS than the cost of one USPS postage stamp per day, which allows you to respond AS WELL AS post your own potential Want to Buy (WTB) or Want to Rent (WTR) needs, or those of potential customers. In addition, you’ll ALSO be able to follow up to 20 zip codes to be able to offer unlimited warm responses to their posts! Upon completion of your subscription, you will then be directed complete your professional profile in our searchable Resource Center and get a Verification Check Mark as well as a DIRECT link to your Profile. This small fee will demonstrate to potential Buyers/Tenants and Sellers/Landlords that you take your business seriously, respect their needs, and are interested in new ways of establishing relationships and doing business.
What if a Realtor® poses as an Individual Seller or Buyer while creating or responding to a WTB (WANT TO BUY) OR WTR (WANT TO RENT) post?keyboard_arrow_down
Report him/her to the appropriate MLS Board, County, State, or National Board of Realtors® as they required legally and ethically to identify themselves as a
Realtor® in any inquiry regarding real estate transaction, even if it is a property they own. In many States/Counties, even if the Realtor® is only RELATED to the Seller or Buyer, they are also required to disclose that as well. Failing to do so could result in an ethics violation, so we are confident this won’t be an issue, but this is a good path to follow in the event it does happen.
*Make it easy on yourselves Realtors®, create your Realtor® profile and avoid even the appearance of impropriety!
*Also, if a Realtor® is in fact a potential Seller or Buyer for a property he or she owns, they still have a requirement to identify themselves as a Realtor®.
