I'm looking for a house, apartment (1st or 2nd floor), or condo in Maitland, Winter Springs, Altamonte, Winter Park, or the west side of Oviedo (not close to UCF) to rent for a minimum of 12 months. Would prefer 2+ bedrooms, but one will also work. Need garage and would like a lanai or balcony. I have a dog and a cat. Can pay up to four months' rent upfront.
