We are looking for a 3/2 (not opposed to a larger home) in the Central FL area. We would prefer to stay in the 32806 area code but are interested in relocating to 32765 because a lot of our traditions take place with family in that area. We do not have pets although my children would like a dog one day they need a home more. We are really into the townhome floor plans we have seen and community amenities would be a huge bonus for the kids. Honestly, we will consider anything anywhere…..we just need a home.
