We would eventually like to buy a house but we are currently paying $1850 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment and we are having trouble with the apartment management following through on maintenance requests. Our credit isn’t the best. We lost a baby a couple years ago and we are working on rebuilding our credit. It is my husband, myself and a 2 year old little girl. We do have a puppy. He works full time and I am in college full time for respiratory therapy. We are looking for 2-3 bedrooms. 1.5-2 bathrooms would be preferred but we can make due with 1. We would like either laundry hook ups or laundry in unit. We would like a house, mobile home or town house. We are very tired of living in apartments. I can do the yard work. I love planting flowers but will follow whatever the home owner wants.
