Hoping to rent a ground floor room in a single-family home. I have a cat who is very clean and stays indoors. Is not bothersome. She’s very friendly. Would like a private room and a private bath. The room does not need to be furnished, but it could be. Would like kitchen and common area.privileges. I am 66 and female. I am an elementary school.teacher with OCPS so have a steady income. I am friendly and easy to get along with, and I am not interested in drama. I don’t do drugs. I don’t drink alcohol and I don’t smoke cigarettes. I work long days so I’m not home a lot during the week except to sleep. Would also like to have laundry privileges. Ideally, would like to move in by August 1. Would appreciate off street parking, but it’s not a dealbreaker. I am interested in this particular area because I already live in East Bay, but the homeowner is moving in with her son. I would like to live in this area also because it is near my church.
