My family needs to find a single family home for rent. We need to be out by end of July but would like to find a rental available sooner. We need a dog friendly rental with a fenced yard. It needs to be at least 4 bedrooms and at least 2 bathrooms although 3 bathrooms would be preferable with an attached 2 car garage. We would prefer the rent to be below $2500 a month but can go up to $2700 if we have to. We are great tenants, never had any issues, no evictions or bankruptcies, always pay on time. We are looking in the Orlando Florida area however will also be alright with a place just into either Kissimmee, St. Cloud, or Clermont.
