We are seeking land for a client that wishes to expand their footprint and build a Church/House of Worship in Lake County. Preferably in the Mt Dora area but they 'll also consider Sorrento/Plymouth. 5 AC would be a minimum size, but they prefer bigger based on projections for current and future parishioners, parking, building size, etc. Access to City/County services preferred with good access points. Zoning should already include permitted use for Church, or in the alternative a Conditional Permitted use or FLU should be applicable. If within the budget listed above, they'd be willing to consider a larger parcel or assemblage.
