Looking for a home located in the iconic Longwood subdivision known as "The Springs" Check the criteria included in this post, and the buyer will consider homes in need of updating, repair, etc. as long as the acquisition + repairs/updating will not exceed budget. Singl family only, no townhomes/condos (put this here because The Springs has w great mix of property types, but Buyer only wants SFR). Pocket listing, off-market properties welcome and encouraged!
