Hello! I am looking to rent a 3 bed 2/3 bath house in Altamonte Springs, Casselberry, Longwood, Maitland, Winter Park or any surrounding areas. I have a cat and a dog, and I’m looking for a place that has a screened-in patio in the backyard and possibly a pool! I’m also looking for a landlord that can work with me with my credit, it is low but I make $15,000 a month. Most places have denied me due to the credit situation and will not work with me at all around it, which is why I’m looking for an individual landlord rather than dealing with a large corporations screening process.
