Hello potential purchase partner! I'm serious, honest, responsible, & trustworthy, & I'm seeking to buy a home with intent. Looking to go into a home purchase deal with another like-minded individual. I would be living in the home myself & I reasoned that renting each room in a 4 bed 4 bath (or similar) will sucessfully satisfy the hefty mortgage payment which is now considerable due to the high interest rates. I believe that pairing up with a like-minded buyer can at least get both of us "in the game" of home buying & building equity not just in a home but in our financial futures also. I'm hoping to find a home near Sac. Int. Airport (due to significant work travel) but I'm open to considering other locations also.
