Hello! We are looking for a 2–3 bedroom townhome or house in a safe, walkable neighborhood. Ideally, the home would have a backyard, though it’s not required. Our budget is $2,200 or less. We have two well-behaved dogs and are planning to start a family, so we’d like enough space for a nursery and room to grow — bigger than our current 1,000 sq. ft. We are non-smokers, tidy and respectful tenants, with stable income and excellent rental history. We plan to stay for at least two years and are excited to find a home that fits our growing family.
