I have a 1/1 “loft style” first floor apartment with gated patio off the back in Baldwin Park (MAA is the rental company) and I’m looking to see if anyone would be interested/knows someone who is interested in being added to and take over my lease around March 1. Lease is through mid-August (would have the option to extend into a new lease beyond that). Person would be responsible for rent/water/misc. fees for MAA renters and would have to complete rental application and have to create OUC account. I would pay to remove myself from the lease once the details are finalized. Security deposit is transferred to you and we would work out reimbursement. Unit would be unfurnished.
