Working with a colleague on behalf of Buyers who wish to purchase SFR in Winter Springs/Oviedo area. They'd like to be able to close on or before end f May if possible, and in addition to the criteria selected below are a few comments for preferences. They'd prefer Oviedo HS district, but not a deal breaker if other. They are willing to do updating, renovations, etc for the right property. They'd prefer to have a pool but not a deal breaker if not there, as long as there is room to add at later date. They'd like to be withing a short distance of St Lukes Lutheran if possible (or as close as possible in the alternative).
